Winners announced for the 2009 CountryLink Inland Tourism Awards
Last night Narrabri played host to the premier awards event for the Inland Tourism Industry.
From the 58 finalists who competed at the 2009 CountryLink Inland Tourism Awards, 18 businesses were awarded in their category with two people also receiving individualawards. Additional awards were provided to 4 organisations who received an award of distinction and two Judges Commendations.
Tracey Valenzisi, Chair of the Countrylink Inland Tourism Awards Committee said that the Awards demonstrated the strength and vitality of tourism in the regions covered by the Awards.
“Rural and regional operators in Inland NSW offer visitors a truly unique range of experiences and the chance to live the true Australian country and outback lifestyle.
